Sony MEX-XB100BT Amplified Car Stereo Dyno Test | SMD D’Amore AD-1

Learn more about the MEX-XB100BT:
Check out the results for the Sony MEX-XB100BT Stereo Dyno test! This isn’t your usual Dyno test, this stereo comes with a built-in 4-channel amplifier that we tested on the SMD D’Amore AD-1 to see it’s real wattage output.

Your average car stereo will put out 15-20W to your speakers, this one boldly claims to deliver 40W. We ran the amp on the Dyno, and we were not disappointed!

We test this amplified car stereo on our SMD D’Amore AD-1 at 14.4V to see if it matches the manufacturer’s output ratings
40W @ 4Ω

(Not rated at 2Ω, but we still tested it anyways!)
